Low Melting Yarn is divided into full melting type and skin-core type.

Features:

◆ In the skin-core structure, the skin layer is low melting point filament (accounting for 20%), and the core layer is ordinary polyester (accounting for 80%).

◆ Single filaments are bonded together under high temperature heat setting.

Melting point:

Polyester skin-core type: 160℃-180℃

Polyester full melting type: 110℃-130℃

Application:
◆ Indoor: Baiye windows, roller curtains, sunshades
◆ Home: Sofa bottom line Carpet bottom line, water purifier, filter, air conditioner, car air filter, etc.
◆ Fur and toy base fabric, wool surface bonding component
