This composite represents a functional combination where 1+1 is greater than 2. PE offers an excellent smooth, cool feel, but it is difficult to dye, lacks moisture absorption, is not skin-friendly, and is prone to static electricity.
Combining nylon FDY with PE effectively addresses these shortcomings. The addition of nylon allows the fabric to be dyed, enabling the production of a wide variety of color and pattern effects.
At the same time, nylon’s excellent moisture absorption enhances the fabric’s own moisture-wicking properties, making it more skin-friendly. Furthermore, the fabric’s resistance to pilling is significantly improved.
