Low temperature easily dyed spandex refers to spandex that can be efficiently heat set at relatively low temperatures.
When blended with fibers such as nylon, wool, cotton, etc., it can be heat set at lower temperatures, avoiding the thermal degradation of heat sensitive fibers during high-temperature heat setting and improving fabric feel.
The setting efficiency of ordinary spandex is about 70% at around 190 ℃, while the setting efficiency of high heat setting spandex is greater than 80% at this temperature. In practical use, in order to reduce energy consumption, when blending spandex with fibers with poor heat resistance for heat setting, the heat setting temperature can be maintained between 100-180 ℃. This is the advantage of low-temperature easily dyed spandex.
The low-temperature spandex production process is clean, low-carbon and green manufacturing, does not consume water resources, does not add DMF, DMAC solvents, does not add toxic substances such as amine additives, and the fiber has no harmful substance residues, safe and healthy, soft and comfortable, and good resilience.
Low temperature spandex leads the industry trend with green, healthy, low-carbon, safe, technological, and fashionable features, and environmentally friendly functional materials are the inevitable development direction of the textile industry in the future.
